1. Click on the Print-Friendly Membership Application.     
 
        2. Enter data and complete the Application.
      
        3. Click on the Submit by Email Button.
       
        4. Leave "Desktop Email Application" radio button as selected and click on "OK."
      
        5. WAIT (15 seconds) for the e-mail message with the Application attached to it
            to appear on the screen.

        6. Double click on message to review it and print it.

        7. Close screen (white "x" in red box in upper right corner of Windows screen) to return to the Application.
     
        8. Click on the e-mail send option to send the Application to HGF.    

        9. Click on Windows/Mac arrow or go back button to return to the Join Us button/Navigation Bar to
            other parts of the Website; or Exit the screen to leave the Internet.
