Can I purchase a ticket outside of HGF and still attend the On Sea Symposium?

No. All attendees must register through HGF. Booking separately through third parties will not include access to CME/CE credits or HGF events.

I won a free cruise voucher at an HGF event. How do I collect this?

Email beiah@hgfound.org (mailto:beiah@hgfound.org)to verify eligibility. You will need to purchase the $300 "Promo Deposit Ticket," which will be refunded after the cruise upon attending all symposium and networking events.

Can I purchase travel protection for Margaritaville at Sea?

What documentation do I need to board the cruise?

Accepted Answer

This cruise goes to the Bahamas, so you will need an up-to-date passport. Make sure your travel documents match the name on your HGF registration exactly.

Question 9

Can I cancel my trip and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may cancel your trip. Refunds will not be provided after MAY 01, 2026, for the 2026 cruise. If you need to cancel before May  01, 2025, a refund minus a $150 administration fee will be provided. You may receive the refund difference or credit in the amount for the 2027 cruise.

If I do not attend all the events do I still receive all CMEs and CEUs?

No. Attendance at all HGF events, both on land and at sea, is required to receive your respective CME and CEU credits.
